My role
I led the end to end research and design of an MVP and the comprehensive product vision for "Program Builder," a self-service tool enabling analysts, actuaries, and business leaders to independently configure, model, and negotiate value-based programs, streamlining operations and improving scalability.
Our problem
Establishing new value programs is currently a slow, expensive, and manual process, often taking 18+ months and costing $3-5 million. This inefficiency stems from unscalable processes and frequent miscommunication between program designers and implementers, hindering both Nunaʼs and Nunaʼs customersʼ ability to scale effectively.
Our impact
Transformed a core workflow from 3+ months to 20 minutes, unlocking scalability and significantly enhancing efficiency
Directly enabled multi-million dollar sales conversations and demos with 2 large national payers
Established the product vision for a new platform surface area
Created alignment across product, engineering, actuarial, and business teams
